FEEL THE LOVE WITHIN
Lisa MK Ling, JD. LLM., first discovered the FLoW state in her home dojo on a farm in wild northern British Columbia, Canada and later as a world class elite karate fighter, winning nine national titles, Pan American & European medals and the World Soke Cup.
When she retired from competition, she transformed her abilities into all other parts of her life as mother, musician, lawyer, author, and social entrepreneur. After facing many challenges living & raising a family across 5 continents, she learned that by changing one small thing on the inside, she was able to transform all parts of her life on the outside.
Now a certified Health Coach & Mind Body Specialist, she teaches, coaches, speaks and writes about FLoW, helping others realize their highest creative potential of body, mind and spirit--achieving success not through stress & struggle, but through a calm, focused joy. She has worked with people of all ages across 20+ countries.
Movement and Mindfulness classes for children and adults, including Girls Karate, Karate, Yoga & Mindfulness, Kid Power, Women's Self-Defense, Tame Teen Stress, and Young Authors.
Individual and group (transformation circle) coaching for all ages that meets you where you are and takes you where you want to be.
