FLOW is a well-researched state of being where you are completely alert & focused, yet completely relaxed. Loving what you are doing, AND achieving your best results at the same time. Athletes call this being "in the zone". Artists & writers call it "creative space". Entrepreneurs call it "synergy". Parents call it "a good day."
Well guess what? It's trainable.
And it applies to everything.
